I am a Public Relations student at Auburn University with a passion for strategic communication, thoughtful storytelling and advocacy-driven work. I am especially interested in the intersection of communications, politics and nonprofit work, where messaging has the power to inform and inspire change.
As the Poetry Section Editor for The Auburn Circle, I lead collaborative editorial meetings, guide peer review and help curate student work for publication. This role has strengthened my leadership skills and sharpened my editorial voice while reinforcing my belief in communication as a tool for connection and representation. Previously, as a Social Media Coordinator at Initiating Protections Trademark Firm, I worked closely with leadership to develop content strategies, write professional LinkedIn copy and analyze engagement performance to build brand identity.
Driven by empathy and a desire to create a lasting impact, I aim to use public relations as a force for good — helping organizations communicate with clarity, authenticity and purpose. I hope to pursue a career in political or nonprofit public relations in a dynamic, mid-to-large city where I can contribute to meaningful work that encourages understanding and positive change.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, volunteering and fashion. These interests continue to shape my creativity and remind me that impact begins with human connection.
